By downloading or using FuelFinder, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Service description

FuelFinder provides information about fuel prices and service stations in Spain and Andorra for informational purposes only. The app is designed to help users compare prices and find nearby stations more easily.

2. Accuracy of information

Although FuelFinder uses public and official sources whenever possible, it does not guarantee that the prices, opening hours, locations, or any other data shown will exactly match real-world information at all times.

Data may change without prior notice, and there may be delays between source updates and their appearance in the app.

3. Use of the app

FuelFinder may only be used for personal and informational purposes.

It is not permitted to use the app unlawfully, attempt to access restricted parts of the service, interfere with its operation, or reuse its content without authorization.

4. Subscriptions

FuelFinder may offer additional features through subscriptions, such as FuelFinder Pro.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled by the user at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

The charge will be made to the user’s Apple account once the purchase is confirmed.

Users can manage or cancel their subscription from their App Store account settings.

FuelFinder does not have access to the user’s payment information.

5. Availability and changes

FuelFinder may modify, suspend, or update app features at any time, with or without prior notice.

The features included in the free version and in FuelFinder Pro may change in future versions.

6. Limitation of liability

FuelFinder is not responsible for decisions made by the user based on the information shown in the app.

It is also not responsible for any differences between the displayed prices and the actual prices at a service station, nor for incidents arising from incomplete, outdated, or incorrect data.

7. Intellectual property

The name FuelFinder, its design, code, text, and the rest of the app elements are protected by applicable law and may not be copied, distributed, or used without authorization.

The logos, trade names, and trademarks of service stations shown in the app belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational purposes.

8. Privacy

The use of FuelFinder is also subject to the app’s Privacy Policy.
